I am about to trash it. I have tried everything.
I put it together and we printed with it for like 3 weeks and it was amazing. Then it started messing up. We worked on it for 3 months now and still can't get 3 layers of "batman" before it messes up. Either it doesn't stick or the print literally gets like fuzzy. We have no clue what happened. And just want to return it at this point. We have tried EVERYTHING on the print bed to get it to stick. We have purchased new nozzles and completely tore apart the print head and put it back together. We are on our last nerve before we just give up, throw it in a box and ask for a refund.
RE: I am about to trash it. I have tried everything.
I'm sorry that happened and I really want to help you troubleshoot the problem. Please give us more info. How's your first layer calibration? What surface are you printing it with? What's the file you're printing and what settings have you changed from the defaults?
RE: I am about to trash it. I have tried everything.
did you use prusaslic3er?
I had a sticking issue because of wrong bed temperature.
can you show Pictures? or a video?

Print doesn't stick to bed, so you disassembled the hotend and changed the nozzle... -I hope you do realize how that sounds. I highly recommend you first read related posts in this forum and if still unclear, then you ask specific question.
And btw., saying "I tried everything" isn't that informative.

Seems like a new user so I'm very hopeful that the issue is resolvable. I remember when I first put together my printer adhesion was the main problem because I didn't know then that I had to do first layer calibration.

I'm assuming that your print sheet is clean. (I'll defer on the admonitions to clean your sheet and clean it my way.) 😉
Have you done a rigorous Z calibration? Not the one in firmware, but one that uses any of various test prints?
Those let you do a very good accurate calibration in the center of the sheet, and then adjust, if needed, for front/rear and left/right tweaking if there's inconsistency across the build plate.
Z calibration is the first thing I would check.
Either it doesn't stick or the print literally gets like fuzzy.
Please show up pictures of a typical failed print, top and bottom. Pictures of a first layer Z calibration would be useful as well.
Cheerio,
If you decide to sell, send me a note.
I'll add it to my stable and get it working.

So far all we've seen is a rant without actionable information.
Given that it's a new printer apparently, why not go to the Prusa eshop site and use the Chat function (in the lower right corner) to get online with Support. They're 24 x 7, and support is one reason you've paid the big bucks for a Prusa printer.
