How to keep the SPLENDA Sensor in one place?

This is the 2nd time now that I've noticed the automatic bed leveling sensor has come loose.  The procedure to recalibrate it is the complete opposite of well documented, yet is the crucial lynchpin for everything else to work properly.  The manual says not to use glue, but I think some hot glue might be a good option.  Then again, the hot glue might melt too.  I've gotten several prints in between the sensor coming loose, but not THAT many.  Maybe 10 or so prints totaling 20-30 hours this last time.

What else can I do, should I do, and/or should not do?

Symptoms of the sensor coming loose:

* super squished first layer

* extruder skipping

* Nozzle/bed collision

For future reference, you need to set the sensor about 1-2mm higher than the nozzle, and you do that manually.  The thickness of a zip tie is used by some people.  You have to get the nozzle to touch the bed without scratching it or pushing the bed down, then adjust the sensor about a thickness of a zip tie up, and screw it into place.  but not too hard.  Then you can run the sheet calibrations to dial in things in insoftware.

If there's already a guide on how to do this, I'd love to see it.  However, it is currently unfindable, so it needs to be made easily findable.  I'm not sure why this crucial first step is overlooked in all of the other quality documentation, but it's frustrating to have to try to figure it out when you're otherwise unfamiliar with the machine.

The instructions for setting up the SuperPINDA are in the 'Preflight check' section of the MK3S+ Assembly Guide which is in the Prusa Knowledge Base.

The link to the relevant section is: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/guide/9-preflight-check_176167

Cheers,

Tim
