How to install driver with WINDOWS 10?

We downloaded the driver and software from Prusa and read quite some articles, but...

somehow this HP PC with windows 10 does not find a proper driver and - even after windows update - is not able to install anything that looks like Prusa mk3.

We managed to export and print via SD card, but would like to make a direct connection.
Instructions like deleting the printers, reboot and than connect the printer via USB, did not solve the problem: windows (so far) never recognised the connection with Prusa.

firmware on prusa: 3.3.1-845

Thnx for your help

thnx, but RPi Port is off.
We think something is missing in the windows config. We did not manage to install the prusa driver as a printerdriver.

If I understand you correctly, you should print using the Pronterface program, but Pronterface will not find your MK3.
Have you tried to change port? Port number may vary depending on the connector on the computer to which you connect the USB cable.

Our PC (WIN 10) does not recognize the MK3 either (my SWAG is that 3d printers are not like "printers" in that sense), but using the default comm port in Pronterface did work--no problem.

That's "MISTER Old Fart" to you!
