How do I know if the part (nozzle) fan should be running?
Hi, I am printing the lack enclosure parts and have been doing so for about 45 hours. The latest part is for the power supply mount and I noticed at the start of the print that the nozzle/part fan was not running.
Is there anyway to find out if it should be?
The printer came fully assembled from the factory and has been working perfectly for several weeks now but this is the first time I noticed this fan not running.
Thanks

If you're printing the enclosure in PETG using the Generic PETG or Prusament PETG profile, it's normal that the print fan is not running for the first few layers.
If you go into Prusa Slicer, switch to Expert mode, you can see in Filament Settings/Cooling that the fan is disabled for the first three layers and goes to full speed at layer 5.

Thank you fuchsr, I knew there would be a fairly simple explanation but I did not think of checking there!!
