How do I fix this clog?

Prusa MK3S+, built from a kit maybe a year ago. It has worked flawlessly from the start. However, about a week ago it developed a clog somewhere in the extruder that I haven't been able to fix. I've followed all the instructions on the prusa pages ( https://help.prusa3d.com/article/clogged-nozzle-hotend-mk3s-mk2-5s_2008) regarding this - I've unclogged the nozzle, can get the needle tool into it to about 28mm, then it stops. I've replaced the ptfe tube, although the old one looked fine when I removed it. When I try to load filament, it will go in about 72mm and then stops. Any ideas? What should I try next?

Try to disassemble the nozzle and push the filament through extruder and hotend. Possibly the error is caused by the heatbreak or the PTFE tube, which is too short and/or not chamfered.

personally i would remove the hole heat block from the heat sink and remove nozzle then try and push the fillament through the heatsink and if it goes streight through replace the heatblock if it gets stuck in the heatsink then heat it externally and push a long thing down it to push clog out

Please help me out by downloading a model it's free and easy but really helps me out https://www.printables.com/@Hello_474427/models

Thank you both for your advice and help! I managed to get the clog out, using bits of your help, and also the advice at 8:15 in this video -
