Hotend Not Reaching Temperature

Hello all!

I'm on a Prusa Mk3 (assembled, received in March), running the 3.4.0 firmware that came out on the 12th. I had a bad jam that required me to disassemble the hot end. During disassembly, I severed one of the wires running to the heating element for the hot end. Fortunately I had some backups since this had happened in the past and I had ordered a few from the Prusa store.

Since installing the new heating element, the hot end has not been able to get past 179 degrees. I've tried another heating element and reattaching the connector on both of those, but that hasn't fixed the problem. At one point, I checked the fuses and one of the 5 amp fuses had blown (I'm still not sure at what point that happened), but I replaced that.

So, I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Any tips would be appreciated!

EDIT: I should add that I am not getting any temperature errors. It will continue to try to heat until I cancel the temperature.
