Hotend Heater has 0 resistance

Hi my printer is unable to heat up the nozzle, and the resistance for the hotend heater is 0.

Should I replace it? or are there other tests that I should do first?

Replace it. It should be between 12-15 ohms.

Make sure the hot ends are not hot, and then turn off the Gigabot and unplug it from the outlet.Take off the back cover of the print head by removing the two screws shown below:

Is this a new machine or one that has been working OK?

If still within warranty contact Prusa Support: Log into your Eshop account, navigate to Company, click Contact Us and 24/7 live Chat is one of the options.
