Hotend and bed not heating properly

I built everything and it was working fine for the first day then it just broke and I haven't been able to print anything since. What happens is it will be printing fine, both hotend and bed are heating up fine but then after maybe 5 or 6 minutes it decides it has had enough and it just shuts all heating off and I end up getting a thermal runaway error message, after I get the error and try to preheat the bed led doesn't come on and the hotend doesn't heat either. I have a little cheapo multimeter ( with only one function) and when I hold it up to the leads on the bottom of the PSU the meter reads 23.7 on all connections. But when I tested the connectors on the EINSY the measurements come out to be 23.7 on all screws except for the far right pair that the bed are connected to and those 2 read 3.1, I have only printed 3 things and this is my first printer.. go easy on me please

THIS IS SO AGGRAVATING! I spent so much on this printer and I have had it for about 10 days and it has been broken since the first day. I talked to the support team more than 3 times and none of them have been able to come to a conclusion. Then I emailed them, and got back 1 email then nothing since.

Everybody says this, but check all connections and terminals. This is one of the most common issues. If that’s not the problem, try redownloading the latest firmware. Otherwise, your power source may be shot and may need to be replaced.

What version firmware?  You need to be using the latest 3.7.2, there were some fixes for Einsy MOSFET overheating in one of the later releases.

I actually contacted support and they got back to me after a while and they are sending me a new Einsy, and yes I re-flashed to the newest firmware
