Hotbed cable bundle blocking the Y axis

I have a Prusa mk3 (upgraded to mk3s, then mk3s+) and it worked great for many years.

Now I have a weird problem, it didn't happen before so I don't know what changed for it to happen.

As the Y axis moves forward, the cable bundle from the hotbed will go under the bed. When it moves forward, it will sometimes block the hotbed. For small print it's not a problem, but for bigger prints where the Y axis does a lot of travel back and forth I will always have crash as the Y axis is stuck because of the cable.

I've tried to move it to the side many times, but no matter how I move it it will be pulled when the Y axis moves forward and eventually get stuck when the Y axis moves backward.

I took a video of the problem:

How can I fix that?

there should be a nylon support filament in the bundle

And I've had a case where that nylon filament slipped out of the hole it's supposed to fit into, and yes, the cable bundle started to droop.  Easy fix.

I don't think I have a nylon in there, I have one in the bundle coming out from the extruder but not the one coming out of the heatbed.

Yea, there's no nylon in the heatbed bundle. I'd remove the bundle from the cable box as well as the small cover on the heat bed, and tightly wrap everything again. This should be easy to fix.

Ok, maybe I'm misunderstanding.  I thought we were talking about the large cable bundle from the extruder.

The heatbed cable on mine just kind of naturally curls back and up in an arc, entering the Einsy box on the rear in a mostly vertical direction.

I printed a snap-on support for the heatbed cable that has worked well to keep it where it belongs.

This may be of help to you as well:

This is a good and useful part, thanks. If one were to make the round end square and make that the base surface for printing, it should be possible to make a version that will print without supports.
