Help with Slic3r estimated info using two different settings

EDIT: I just notice i post this on wrong forum.
Can this be moved?

Hello,

I'm trying to understand a big discrepancy on sliced info using two different settings, that settings would output almost same info but the difference is big and i can't found the cause or why.

My object wall thickness: 1.3mm
Nozzle: 0.6mm

Setting 1:
Layer height: 0.45mm
Extrusion width: 1.2mm
Infill: 100%
1 perimeter

Used filament: 148.36g

Setting 2:
Layer height: 0.45mm
Extrusion width: 0.65mm (From stock 0.6mm profile)
Infill: 100%
3 perimeter

Used filament: 85.75g

So on setting 2 i set 3 perimeters to hit and pass the 1.3mm margin, both models are 100% solid, same volume why setting 1 use much more filament thant setting 2? 148.36g - 85.75g = 62.61g difference, thats some plastic....

Edit: I tested with a 150x150x150 100% solid cube and output info are almost the same in grams. So it must be related to my model....
