HELP Prusa i3 Mk3 Printing Problem

Hi everyone
I've had my Prusa i3 Mk3 for almost a year and I'm really happy with it, at least until recently when my fan broke and I have to replace it with the one without sensor (not a big deal to me, still a happy maker)... Until recently I left my printer for about 3 weeks, and today when I'm printing it seems that I can't get the filament through even on the first layer (first layer, skirt, even the first 10 cm strip at the front edge, nothing comes out)

What I've tried so far:
1. cold pulled several times, even with the eSun filament cleaner
2. increase printing temperature of the PLA
3. check the tension on the bontech (all good)
4. tried different brands of filaments and different colours

Is there anything wrong inside the extruder?
When I pulled the last filament just now this is how it looks (see attachment)

Does it mean my PTFE tubing is damaged and needs to be replaced?

Your helps are much appreciated

Cheers all!

Re: HELP Prusa i3 Mk3 Printing Problem

Your photo of the pull does not look convincing. It appears to me at least that there is more material down the hole and you you pulled out is the tip of the iceberg. In all cases when I've seen good pulls, there is no stringiness after the nozzle V. Really good pulls sometimes have the 0.4mm bit, but little actual material. Your pull has way too much material after the "V" - so I doubt it is from the nozzle.

Have you tried the 280c needle trick? Just in case there is debris still in the nozzle? That might help you get PLA through to where you can cold pull out a blockage.
