Help! Calibration failed. Check axes and run again.

So I bought this printer (mk3s) 2nd hand a couple weeks ago I've done several projects with it no problem. Last night I had the filament clog during a print and after that the z was not calibrated anymore. I've tried doing the z and xyz calibration and all it does it go up then as soon as it gets back down to the bottom of the z it errors before even searching for the first point. I've tried cleaning the z rails and nothing changed.

A video of the failing calibration would be helpful.

Here's a link to the video of the failed xyz calibration https://youtube.com/shorts/xW1M85R7Zsk?si=lg41vmKM5w-9JCEN it does the same thing when I do just a z calibration.

Well I figured it out. I feel stupid. I had flipped my spool holder around because I felt that it fed better this way and when I flipped it, it got in the way of the z axis.

No need to feel stupid, be happy you figured it out… happy printing!
