Help! Big blob with err mintemp !

Hello world!

This morning is black morning for my printer MK3!
A big blob was installed on the nozzle. It's not the first time. In this case, I follow the process show in this video:

BUT now, with the blob, there are an error MINTEMP. So the printer can't preheat the nozzle!

How I can repair the printer??

Thanks!

Loïc

Most likely your thermistor is damaged. Look at the wires coming out of the cartridge in the side of the heater block. The thermistor is not terribly expensive and can be shipped from the US (assuming you are in the US) via one of the E-3d partners if shipping from Prusa is prohibitive on such a small order.

Since you bought an assembled printer your first stop is the Support chat system which runs 24-7-365 log on to any of the Prusa online store pages, select the chat popup in the lower right corner of the page.;Enter your order number so they identify you as a buyer of the assembled printer and you will get excellent service.

depending on where in the world you are you may want to buy a few of the thermistors for use after the warranty is over I get My spares here;

in the USA this is the best source for proper Prusa parts
