Heating Disabled by Safety Timer - Printing from CURA

Hi! I keep getting this intermittent issue -

Has anyone gotten this before? I've been getting this intermittent issue. I am using cura with the printer connected via USB, and pushing out the gcode through "print to USB" from cura v3.3.1.

The print looks perfectly fine, but often repeating a print, same part of the print, this keeps on triggering. I even tried rotating the model, reslicing, using a different model, reslicing, this keeps triggering. I had like maybe 3 of 7 attempts where it didn't do this. I'm going to try to print from SD card next to see if this fixes it, but I prefer to print from a PC since I can remote in from another computer to stop it if there are any issues. I have had issues trying to connect to Octoprint on a rasperry pi 3 using a profile similar to the Pi zero W configuration, which was working fine with another printer. I don't have a pi zero at this time.

The whole print gets interrupted and there's no way to resume it, so I have to start completely over.

I think this belongs on GIT, it appears the printer is not realizing that it is printing and the 30 minute safety feature is turning off your heat when printing from usb. This forum is self help and devs aren't prowling for firmware issues. but on git your issue will get reviewed. if there is any terminal output you can capture from cura that would be extremely important too.

@chris-n6

I guess you never saw this defect. I don't take any chances. I think it's supposed to do it after 30 minutes. That's too long for me. https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/2241
