Heaters not working, steppers and fans are fine
Hi,
I just finished assembling my new MK3S. It got through most of the self test (fans, steppers) but it failed when trying to heat the bed. So I clicked ok and tried manually heating the bed and extruder. Both didn't heat up at all. The thermistors are fine, they show room temperature and react to changing temperature (blowing on the extruder for example). Interestingly both power input pins on the board show 24V, but the outputs that actually go to the extruder / heater are always 0V. Both 5A fuses are fine, the 15A one as well.
Does anyone know what the issue could be? Am I missing something or is it just a faulty board?

That is interesting. Did you measure the voltage to the Einsy on the inputs? If they check out look at the heat bed and extruder connectors. Both are easy to read with a DVM. The connectors use compression fitting, so make your measurements, if necessary tighten any loose connectors. If that fails you have your smoking gun.
