"Heater/Thermistor Not Connected" + stuck filament
Hi! I just bought a used MK3S+ with about 24d of print time on it. I did an initial print that didn't work too well, so I decided to change the nozzle.
During the nozzle change, I found I couldn't get the filament out -- even after doing the Unload Filament menu item, pulling it up and out wasn't possible.
So I figured it may be jammed and I went ahead and changed the nozzle.
Now I can't get the nozzle heat up above 26C, and when I heat up, the Thermal Anomaly alarm starts beeping.
When I go back to the Calibration Wizard for it to do its initial self-tests, it says "Heater/Thermistor not Connected".
So I'm thinking that in the nozzle replacement I broke something, though looking in there, it's not at all clear.
Further, I'd like to remove the filament but I can't get the nozzle heated because of the above.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?

You should be careful with your conclusions.
Before you start fixing something, it's a good idea to do some troubleshooting first. Or you end up not fixing anything at all...
In your case you probably damaged the wiring of the thermistor and/or heater, you can do a quick check by just switching on the printer and take a heat gun or hair dryer and heat up the hot end a bit with it: Does the temperature indication on the LED change, is the indicated temperature plausible? Does is change/jump when you touch the wiring and move it around a bit?
This way you can figure out if it is the thermistor or the heater being the cause. If it's the wiring of the thermistor you might be able to fix it by finding the broken wire and solder it back together. If it's the heater I would not try to fix it and get a new one (make sure it's the right one or you can by a new hot end next).

Thanks for the response. Some progress here -- I was able to remove the filament by opening the door and seeing that there was a melted blob on the end of the filament preventing it from coming out. So snipping that off and pulling up the now smooth end worked fine.
As for the wiring -- yes, one of the red wires to the heater broke off. Have a new pair of heater cartridges and a thermistor ordered to be delivered soon.
Will see if that fully does the trick.
