Getting thermal runaway on firmware 3.9.1 with Octoprint

According to your change log, the latest firmware version 3.9.1 released on September 21st was supposed to fix an issue with the printer receiving an emergency stop command from Octoprint.  That said, my MK3S printer is sporadically having a thermal runaway issue where the hot end setpoint is 250C but the actual temp drops to 235C and never recovers.  I've seen this on two large print jobs I've done.  Small jobs seem to go fine.  The thermal runaway error then causes Octoprint to issue the emergency stop command.  I never experienced this issue with the previous firmware version.  Is there in fact a known bug?  Do I need to step back to the prior firmware?

Thanks,

Wayne
