garbled display in upper left
There appears to be a problem with the "pixels" in the first 7 characters of the first two rows of the display. Any idea how to fix this? All I've tried so far is to turn off and unplug the printer... This is not associated with calibration though that's when the picture was taken.

I've killed two so far just by touching it. Support will replace it no problem.
