Fw glitch?

I found an interesting glitch, that has kept happening since the last couple firmware updates. When a print hits a certain percentage it shifts about a minor amount on the x axis, and about 5-10% more of the print then corrects back to where it should be. In addition when moving the x axis after it completes when you return it to the far point of the left it recenters the home spot. I have a picture here so you can see what I mean by the axis shift and return. Never had the problem prior to the updates.

RE: Fw glitch?

Which firmware version are you seeing this with? 3.8x has known issues with the filament sensor enabled.

@bobstro

I'm on 3.9.0.

I didn't think it would be the filament sensor. Is it still a thing with 3.9 as well?

I tried turning off the filament sensor, just to see what would happen, and it shifted the other way. I currently have another print running after reassembling the x axis and managing the belt tension and will see what happens.

So after re-enabling the sensor, I print a smaller print and it came out flawlessly. I then proceeded to try a larger one and it had shifted on the y axis.
