Front print fan error - check wiring

Hi Yall,

I have an issue with an i3 MK3 printer. The printer is one of two PRUSA i3 MK3 printer we have. This one says it have an wiring issue with the "front print fan". I realized many i3MK3 owners have a issue with broken cables so I check the fan cables a resoldered the cables and tested the cables with a multimeter (no issues full connection). But it didnt solve the issue in the self test fase... still the same error "Front print fan error - check wiring" (The fan is running steady)

Do anyone else have had the same issue???

RE: Front print fan error - check wiring

is there a yellow wire, on the fan? If so, did you check for continuity?
it's the tachometer wire which tells the einsy how fast the fan is running.
