First Layer - Weird Line

Hello

Been working on this for a few days. Sometimes when printing the first layer takes a nose dive and drops. Been messing with leveling, nylon locks, reset settings etc. I have things pretty tuned in. Thoughts? Running 3.14.1 Firmware. PCTG and PET. PLA seems to "make it work" on the second layer.
