First Layer Dip mk3s+

Encountered this strange dipping issue a few days ago. Its in the back left corner of the print bed right over one of the two magnets. It dips for the first while, then abruptly stops and goes to normal from one pass to the next. It appeared after updating to the latest firmware. I have tried going back to previous firmware versions, its still there. First layer calibration works properly. 3x3 or 7x7 (magnet compensation is on) bed level mesh doesn't help. Have done a complete factory reset of the machine as well as multiple XYZ calibrations. No change. I have tested the Super PINDA probe and looked at the outputs with Pronterface. They all seem good, no large deviations of any sort between multiple tests. Hardware portions of the printer are tight and axis's move smoothly. I have put a straight edge on the bed in the effected area, there is no abnormal rise or bump. I feel like the PINDA is maybe being influenced by the magnet but then not sure why it is only in one corner and not the rest. I have done no hardware mods to this printer. I have not yet tried letting the print go further and seeing if the dip is also present in the second layer.

Does anyone have any idea what might causing it/a solution?
