Firmware update and first layer calibration

HI all,

I just got my MK3S on Thursday (first FDM printer ever and loving it) and I just upgraded to latest firmware. Do I need to redo my first layer calibration after a firmware update?

Hi Chris, your live Z should not change, 
just keep an eye on your first model, first layer
