Fillament loops in the extruder, commig out from side

I have problem when printing with Flexfill, the filaments loops after the extruder gears coming out from the side (see image). What can be the problem, it happed three times in a row, the extruder doesn't seems to be blocked, what can cause this problem?

What slicer and settings are you using? I'd suggest using Slic3rPE, selecting the SemiFlex or FlexFill 98A profile to start with. As you start the print, dial the speed way back using the front knob. I'd suggest going back to 50% to start. It will be slow, but you should be able to print it without any additional actions. If it prints at slow speed, gradually turn the speed up until you hear clicks or get another tangle. The key to success for me has been setting the Filament Settings->Advanced->Max volumetric speed setting in Slic3r for each filament. This provides an overall "speed limit" on the printer, regardless of other speed settings. You can print up to your set speeds, but not beyond the capacity of the extruder to melt and push filament.

There are various parts you can print that are supposed to help with this problem that essentially provide more of a guide in the extruder, but I've found them unnecessary since making this adjustment.

Yeah, I'm using slic3rPE, and default settings for the Flexfill, and already decreased the speed way down. Also I have already printed some parts with this settings. It has started after firmware upgrade. I will try to decrease the max volumetric speed.

I dialed in some TPU filament yesterday. The box it came in says to print at 195-215 degree C, but I had to run VERY slow to make that happen (and at the high end of the temperature range). I then tried to increase the temperature to 235 deg C, and then I suddenly could go up to 40 mm/s reliably.
So I suggest that you play a bit with the temperature as well as the speed.
