Filament tip has bulk material on it
Hi everyone 🙂
I am runnning a MK3s with a MMU2S , but I do not believe my issue to be connected to the MMU2S, so I am posting here:
I had some unload errors recently, which I traced back to a jam in the PTFE tube in the hotend which was being clogged by the filament tip.
The picture below shows a filament tip, as I removed the filament with the PTFE tube removed beforehand.
I already exchanged the nozzle for a new one and made sure it is screwed tight to the heatbrake.
Am I missing somthing obvious here?

There are some odd speckles in that tip that suggest there is still some debris in there. Time to try a couple of cold-pulls.
