Filament stuck on the tube

Hello Prusars!

Here a newbie that have an issue :c The loading system works perfectly, but there is a filament just stuck on the tube and I just don't know how to let it out. I have tried to pushing with a hard wire of the same size that the filament, even with the heated nozzle, but it doesn't move any mm. Can you help me with that? DoFilament stuck I have to buy a new tube? Thanks a lot!

Hmm

I have had this happen before. I had to heat the hotend with a heatgun and remove the PTFE tubing by hand.  Be careful nto to burn youself.

I am waiting for today that I will get the heat gun to see what happens. I will let you know if that worked. Thank you!

It is often easier to unscrew the heatsink off the heatbreak, and push the PTFE inwards, towards where the hot end would be, rather than hold the black circlip against the heatsink and pull the PTFE away from the heatsink.
