Filament stuck in tube
Hi how do I unstuck the filament in the ptfe tube

Push down the black collet ( ~1 mm) and pull out the teflon tube. Then you should be able to access the filament. When reassembling the teflon tube make sure you push it down to the bottom.
If this does not work, you have to do a "Cold pull".

Yes, it works. I heat up the hot end a little and the teflon is easier to remove. The stuck filament came out together with the teflon tube.
