Filament replacement on autofeed

Hi all,

First and foremost let me say that I am in all respects a newbie at this. The library I work at got this 3D printer some months ago and I've been steadily learning all the ins and outs. However, at this moment, I am stymied. The printer is set up to autofeed the filament but I can't figure out where I am to insert the filament. Is it under that piece of orange plastic with the two metal bolts? Any advice or even a map would be great. Thank you.

I had pasted a URL with a timestamp, but the forum removed it. Skip to about the 6:50 point.

Except that for now we really have no clue if the OP has a Prusa or a Crealty or even a Orange-R-Us printer.

This is all the media I have at my command. The first image is where I think the filament should go as I have seen that plastic nub in other videos but I can't find any aperture to insert it into. Thank you.
