Sounds like a good idea. I did a test to see how the clog looks like and where it is though:


Anyone that has blueprints so I can figure out where the misalignment is?

Were there any updates for this? I just started having the same issues with Clear PLA from Fillamentum.

I've replaced the PTFE tube and the jam only happens after a lot of retractions then I have to unload, snip and reload and it prints fine for a bit.

I've had similar jams as OP and am definitely considering a micro swiss heartbreak after what I've read here. I know that Prusa uses a unique heat break in the MK3 (although I don't know how it differs) and it may be causing more issues than it's helping.

I've been printing fairly successfully on less complex parts recently so I'm hesitant to change anything but if it acts up again I'm going to try a micro swiss.
