Filament doesn't load after MK3S upgrade

After I did my upgrade, and ran the calibration (did a factory reset due to a fan issue).  When it was time to do the first layer calibration the filament doesn't load.  It makes a clicking noise and the filament doesn't load into the hot end.  Opening the door I confirmed that the filament is in the groove of the hobbed gear is at the top of the PTFE tube.  I did observe the idler was not turning either when I attempted to load filament.

Any ideas as to what is going on?

Best Answer by n9jr:

I think I have an answer.  The hobbed gear is too close to the PTFE tube so the  filament is edge for edge on the PTFE tube.  That isn't going anywhere.  When it was a MK3 if I had a clog I could use the wire push tool from a Monoprice printer and squash the clog out. I can;t even get it in the hot end.

Disasseble it over the weekend, and add a step where you can advance filament into the hot end before further assembly
