failed firmware update, screaming on boot, can't reset

I attempted to upload firmware via a different method. Obviously I screwed up.

When I power up my MK3 it "screams" and doesn't stop screaming. I unplugged the MMU2 and Pi (USB) to rule that out, so now it's a "base" MK3. It was working beforehand. I tried the reset-and-then-hold-button, tried several configurations in case I was wrong, I'm entirely stuck now.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I guess the answer is "no, nobody can point me in the right direction".

I unplugged the LCD and powered the Prusa. I then ran a firmware upgrade from Slic3r-PE, which was successful. For the fun of it I upgraded the MMU2 also.

Everything has been fine since.

@ted-t5

Hi, Im having a somewhat similar problem. Something failed during the flash and now it wont reset. You mentioned you "unplugged the LCD" but Im not sure which plug your talking about, the left, the right, both, etc.  THanks for your help.
