I was printing the model below out of PETG, and I adjusted a setting which ended up causing the print to look like it does below. This resulted in the nozzle clogging and whenever it would try to extrude, there would be a clicking noise and the filament would come out thin and bumpy. I tried the cold pull method and cleaning the nozzle with a small pin a couple different times but the filament kept coming out bumpy. I pulled out the hot end and looked in to make sure there wasn't filament wedged in the PTFE tube, which I found to look fairly clean although I think the tube might have been pushed up a bit. When I reassembled the extruder, it printed fine for a couple seconds and then started giving me the same issues minus the clicking sound. I tried one more cold pull and ended up with the second picture where it looks like the filament was pulled through a hole that's too small. Can anybody help me figure out what the issue is?

Well, what setting did you adjust that made it fail?  I would start with undoing that.

The issue is that now when I load filament, the extrusion is bumpy and thin and when I do a first layer calibration there is under extrusion.  The setting I adjusted doesn't affect those, it appears to be an issue with the extruder itself.

do a couple of cold pulls and with the chamber empty, use the needle that came with your kit
