Extruder skipping during wipe line

After upgrading to the new 3.2. firmware I noticed that extruder skips around the middle of the wipe line and then again just at the beginning of the first skirt line. The skipping always happens in the same exact spot and there is visible missed extrusion spot where it happened. This has been happening consistently across all my recent prints. I have tightened the extruder idler bolts slightly but that didn't change anything. Any ideas?
Just as a note, this was happening when printing PETG.

Re: Extruder skipping during wipe line

This seems to be an artifact of the current implementation of linear advance producing extruder rates that violate the jerk limits during extreme changes like found in the priming line.

Does this happen on the first print done when the machine is turned on or only subsequent prints?

A possible workaround is to set the K value to zero at the top of the Start gcode, clearing the previous value so LA is disabled for the priming line. (the filament setting should re-enable it before actual printing starts)

Hello,

I have the same behaviour since 3.2 (then 3.2.1) update.

Interestingly, on a print I did yesterday, the issue didn't occur. That was done on a freshly started printer.
