Extruder jam at top of PTFE tube
Not sure how I managed this one.
I was able to get filament into the port. The gears grabbed the filament and pulled it in about a centimeter before it just wouldn't go any further. Using a needle from below didn't work to clear it because it was too high up. This Video was very helpful in disassembling the extruder assembly.
It's amazing how a tiny bit of filament can cause such a headache!
But after clearing and recalibrating, it's working just fine again.

Nope. I was using red Prusa PLA. Then changed to red (also Prusa PLA). Somehow, a little chunk of each got stuck in there.
You may be printing a little too hot.
For these jams, if the fragment is too far down to fetch out with fine tweezers: remove the nozzle, allow to cool then push out with a length of filament inserted from below.
