Extruder crashed trough print and into bed after scheduled filament change

Hello all I'm new to 3D printing just assembled my mk3s+ kit a week ago.

The assembly went just fine except one minor issue when calibrating but it was my fault (forgot to put bed lol),  first print was as good as it gets I was very impressed, naturally printing didn't stop since then and all prints were flawless I event went trough bed leveling and made all 9 spots perfect.

So what next, I wanted to try two colors - one extruder print and followed yt video from prusa it all looked quite easy just slice, drag slider on starting layer of second color, press plus to add color, export g-code and let it print.

First part of the print went fine then the beeping sound alarmed its time to change filament for second part of print, ok so I changed filament "did the filament extrude right color" yes, pressed knob to confirm...

extruder went back to position of print and to my horror started melting its way trough print straight down to bed, my guess it got confused over some reason and started printing from first layer and it wouldn't started drilling bed but he pinda probe was pushed up by filament and it wouldn't know where to stop.

So my question is what happened there and what can I do to make it work, I also sliced another model to make sure, added color change and the same thing happened  now there is two holes haha but noting horrible

Btw those scraping you see on bed picture is from next print attempt when I realized pinda might be moved, so I needed to adjust pinda and recalibrate.
i think my prusa just went cnc Print with a hole from nozzle
