why not contacting prusa support and asking for warranty replacement of the thermistor? I had same issue and got a new thermistor via ups-express to germany in 2 days ..

Hi all, 
I have an issue with my Prusa MK3S.

 

My printer shows a Mintemp bed error :

-If I move the heat Bed Thermistor wire I can fix the problem but it happen again randomly when I move it again
-I checked the connection between the wire and the mother board and it is fine, the problem doesn't comes frome this
-Same for the connection between the Bed Thermistor and the wire
-So I think the problem comes from the wire itself. 

 

Do you have a solution to fix this or did it happen to anyone ?
I'm thinking about cutting the wire juts before the mother board and just before the Thermistor and resolder an other wire.

What do you think ?

Measure the resistance of the thermistor. That should be 100k. If not, or in case of broken wire, I would contact Prusa support. It's best to log in, select the eshop. Then a chat window opens at the bottom right. Questions via email can sometimes take a long time to be answered. If no chatwindow appears, deactivate addblocker or similar in your browser.
