End of filament do not stop the printing

MK3S : firmware 3.10.1.4697
End of filament does not stop the printing to reload a new spool
I checked the IR sensor according to https://help.prusa3d.com/fr/article/depannage-du-capteur-de-filament-ir-mk2-5s-mk3s_112226
- The connector is in the correct position
- I checked the dashboard of the printer : the IR sensor is working fine, 0 = filament off, 1 = filament On
Do you have any explanations
