Einsy Rambo 3D file
Can someone tell me where to find a 3D model of the Einsy Rambo board suitable for loading into Fusion 360.

You can use "File -> Upload" to import the .brd and .sch from here. Then you can generate the model.

Sorry, the wrong board.
The Einsy board is here and even has a .step file ready for use.
