Easiest way to access the Bondtech gear chamber?

I tried printing with TPU. Somehow I guess it tore and I heard the toc toc of the stepper motor. Unloading the filament did not work. When I used my ViseGrip it didn't pull everything out.

Before I start the disassembly  of the E-axis I would like to make sure that there is no easier way (I have had it in the past that I did not see the forest in front of the trees)

Well if its clogged, one thing I like to do is heat my extruder up to 250 celsius and feed some PETG in. As long as there's a little room in your PTFE tube the PETG should be able to force itself and the TPU out of the nozzle. If this doesn't work or you don't feel comfortable doing it, I believe the only other way is to completely dismantle the extruder unfortunately. Also, if you try my method make sure that there's no TPU remaining in the bondtech gears. You can check this by unscrewing the two tensioning screws that hold the extruder idler in.

The nozzle is not clogged. I assume the speed was too fast for TPU (I read about the very slow speed that one is supposed to use with TPU only after my problem) and it slipped out of the groove and was crunched around/behind the Bondtech gear, see photo.
