Does Anyone Else have the Textured PEI Stick to your prints?
I've only had my printer for about a month. I have the textured PEI spring steel plate and i noticed that lately the PEI powdercoating is actually wearing off and sticking to my prints. I've attached a photo. This was printed in PETG at 80C, but I've tried different bed temperatures and it doesn't seem to make a difference.
Did i get a defective part or is this common? I know they had quality control issues with this component - Is this what was happening? It's unfortunate because it doesn't look like I can buy this component individually to replace it. What are some good alternative beds?

I would talk to support, I would think they would be cool about the issue and maybe send you a new one. (as long as it doesn't slow my order down 😀

I have the PC sheet and have never seen that happen. As toaf said, contact support
