Corruption on first layers
Hello, I have been having a problem recently with my prusa MK3, and I can't quite figure out what it might be. The issue seems to be gaps in the layers - it can happen on the first layer, or any subsequent layer, where not enough plastic is deposited. I figured it was some kind of blockage in the nozzle, or maybe something with the filament. I changed the nozzle, and used brand new filament, but its still happening (see attached picture for example - This happened on the first layer, but it can happen anywhere).
I have tried re-calibrating the printer, but that did not solve the issue. It does seem to be somewhat random when it happens.
The only thing I can think of is to open the extruder up and see if there is anything there that could be causing the issue, but I wanted to reach out to the wisdom of the users to see if there is something simpler that I missed that could point to what the problem is. Thanks!
