Cooling problem - what wrong here?

Dear all,

I'm running a small print farm and one of my printers shows a very different outcome. It looks like the printer has a cooling issue (see pictures).

Strangely, all components are fine, printing fan clean and NOT blocked. More strangely, when I print the dedicated section separately, as a cut out, it prints the area just fine. What is going wrong here? Just increasing fan speed is not what I'm looking for, since it effects part stability and since all other 8 printers print the area well, I'm eager to find out what's wrong :).

Many thanks for your help,

Constantin

PS: I'm using PETG, with  nozzle. The gcoe on all printers is the same.

Adding pictures went wrong, se here we go :).

It's not just a slight problem - it's a HUGE difference. All other printers print the section perfectly. Same when I only print the 1 inch , sliced. The problem only appears when printing the entire part.

Check your fan shroud is not damaged and that you are not printing in a draft.

Cheerio,

OK, if there is room rotate the part on the build plate - does the error stay with the part?

Cheerio,
