Compiling firmware for MK3 with bootloader ?

I have compiled the latest code from GitHub today. I strictly followed the instruction in the ReadMe on Github, except that I used Arduino IDE 1.8.8 instead of 1.6.9 as recommended in the ReadMe. The reason is that I have a Mac with Mac OS High Sierra and Arduino IDE 1.6.9 only throws errors when I try to compile anything.
The compile process completed without any errors, but what made me wonder ist that my output file "Firmware.ino.rambo.hex" is 633kb and the actual official firmware V3.5 is 860kb.
I digged in a bit and found in the Zaribo documentation that in the past there where 2 output files, one with "Firmware.ino.with_bootloader.rambo.hex" and one without "Firmware.ino.rambo.hex" boot loader. So I guess that Prusa linked the boot loader with the image in the official version.
Can anybody confirm that is true and how to tell Arduino to link the bootloader with the hex file?

That is not true. I think that is old information regarding firmware for mk2s.
I bet mk3 firmware is smaller because it has only English language and not all the languages that the official firmware comes with.
Have not compiled mk3 firmware for multiple months.
By the way: try Microsoft Visual Studio Code with the platform.io plugin. So much more modern and capable than Arduino ide:-)
