Clicking extruder
So, I need some help, I have been printing 2-3 hours a day for 3 weeks and the extruder sudenly started to click.First it was just one click then after some time another click,but it was nothing significant.But after a week or two it is almost constant. Sometimes on some layers extrusion is great but it still click but sometimes it simply underextrudes.Does anyone have a solution for this.(I raised the temperature 15 degrees but it still clicks and underextrudes)

Look at your filament and see if the clicking is coming from the filament being "chewed".
If it is - you have too much back pressure. Try cleaning the nozzle (cold pulls, cleaning filament, etc".
If the filament is not chewed - check the grub screws. Too loose and the gear slipping, or one really loose and hitting something.

I'm fighting this exact issue, If gear alignment and gear pressure seem good, check how hot the extruder motor is getting. I will watch this thread for your solution.

It is actually easier to see if you unload the filament. Tooth marks in the filament is normal - that is how it drives. Bits of plastic removed by the gear (chewed) is not good. The gear is trying to force the filament into the hot end - and can't.
From your picture - the idler screw may be too tight. Those teeth marks are pretty deep. But I don't see any bits of plastic from the filament.
Filament alignment with the tube looks good, btw. How are the grub screws?

To me those teeth marks look just about right. Good grip, no chewing.
The glob on the end looks a little unusual; not the usual heat creep pattern. That is more symmetrical with a 2 mm barrel at the end.

So an update from what I tried to do.I tried to load filament after taking these pictures and it was still clicking but the servo wasn't skipping( just copy the link),so I tightened the idler screw while the filament was loading and it changed the click from a light click and no servo skip to a deep click and servo skip().Any clues of what that could be.Maybe it's just user error I don't know.
