checkbox for Use Adaptive Slicing is missing

I just upgraded to the latest Slic3rPE version (1.41.3) expecting to see a checkbox to enable Use Adaptive Slicing, and I can't find it. Is there some setting I need to enable to see that? I do see that I can manually change layer heights (very nice feature), but not the checkbox. Thanks.

Bump. Now on Prusa Slicer 2.0.0 and looking for Use Adaptive Slicing. Is it supposed to be there, or was this a great idea that has since been dropped? Thanks.

Unless I'm mistaken, automatic adaptive layers were added to Slic3r after the Slic3rPE fork. Manual adaptive layers are still present with the button at top (sorry, on mobile so can't be more specific). You use the funky left & right mouse buttons on the vertical bar to the right of the print. Sorry to be so vague, but hopefully this gets you started.

I hope Prusa takes inspiration from (borrows or steals) automatic adaptivelayers from KISSlicer or IdeaMaker. They do a great job. KISS' ability to use adaptive layer per model is really well done.

Thanks. I know the area you're referring to and I'll check there.
