Press click the wheel, the screen will change.

Dial to the option of choice, press click to select.

You should never need to press X in general use.

Another noob question. Can I choose any of these print settings shown in my screenshot here:

or will I need different size nozzles?

All of the default profiles are set for the default, 0.4mm nozzle.  When you change nozzle size you tell the slicer,

in: [ Printer Settings > Extruder n > Nozzle diameter. ]

And it recalculates.

Having said this, I recommend you stay with the 0.15mm & 0.2mm profiles for the first few dozen prints as they are more tolerant of imperfect calibration.

Have a look at the MK3s+ handbook. Chapter 7 shows you all you need to know about the menu's.

I think you should be able to use these all. But anything below will be hard to do. I have seen people on here try it and fail. It really depends what filament you use and how well you have tuned the settings for the different filaments.

As a beginner it is better to start getting comfortable with 3d printing using 0.15, 0.20 and 0.30 mm.

I find that most things come out perfectly fine at 0.20 mm. When I need more detail I lower it to 0.15 mm.

In my hands, I don't see any appreciable difference in print quality with layer heights less than 0.1mm, using the standard 0.4 mm nozzle. If I needed higher resolution, I'd switch to a 0.25mm nozzle.

Hi again

I've noticed I only face this issue when I first power on my printer and the screen shows ERR: Mintemp bed. Its doesn't allow me to access the LCD menu by pressing the knob.

The obvious question: Is the printer in a cold place - can you warm it to a comfortable room temperature?

Hi Diem, yes its stored in my garage. I have noticed that warming up the base with a hair dryer, bringing it to room temperature does help restore services. Thanks

Just be aware that at low ambient temperatures your risk of warping is greatly increased.

One member reported taking a cup of coffee into the garage with them, and placing it on the build plate next to the extruder whilst they got their files loaded onto the SD Card, and by the time they were ready to start a print the build plate thermistor and extruder thermistor were warm enough to start a print.

I started reading this thread from the bottom up.  When I saw Joan's post, I thought the thread was going to be about warming a cup of coffee using the build plate.  🙂

You know Joan, we get enough problems on here with people not cleaning fingerprints off the bed.  Coffee rings and milk-and-two-sugars spills bode nothing short of impending doom...

Thanks for all your help and I've noted your advice on the ambient temperature Diem. I'm currently printing/building the Lack enclosure to help with this.

Amazing how a post helping me access the print settings has also advised me on how to warm my morning cup of coffee 😀

I would expect any self respecting Prusa owner to be careful, and not spill drinks on the work area. 
If the environmental temperature is so cold that the operator shivvers uncontrollably causing such spillages, it is likely that the area is too cold for a successful print using FDM processes. 

Please be safe out there... 
there is not enough capacity within the whole internet and sentient world combined, to add a 100% complete safety warning... to cover all eventualities. 
so please be responsible for your own actions
