Cannot remove heatsink?

I have a Prusa mk3s+. There's a jam in my PTFE tube so I'm following the steps here but I'm stuck at the heat sync removal step. I know I'm supposed to pull down and away with force and that it will feel like something will break but I'm trying hard enough to bend the metal on the sync and still nothing is happening. I've recorded a video of my effort which you can see here, and that it's not for a lack of pulling incredibly hard that seems to be the issue. This thing WILL break in half if I try any harder.
Should I just disassemble the entire extruder? What am I doing wrong?

Here is photo catalog of what I'm working with at the moment for further scrutiny.

Thanks in advance for any advice, this is killing me.

RE: Cannot remove heatsink?

For one, what you're linking to is instructions for the MK3, not the MK3S+. No idea what the differences are but it can't hurt to follow the most appropriate guide: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/guide/how-to-replace-a-heatbreak-heatsink-heaterblock-mk3s-mk3s-mk2-5s-mmu2s_16104

I didn't watch the video but from the pictures it looks like you've removed the extruder motor (no need for that) but did not loosen the screws in Steps 8 and 9 of the knowledge base article I linked to. If you do that, you can pull the front of the extruder forward and slide the hotend out.
