Cannot find the reasons of clogging

Hello,
Lately one of my MK2Ss keeps constantly clogging after 1-2 minutes of print. I always print the "Prusa logo gcode" and I tried everything I could imagine.
Gear alignment, nozzle cleaning, nozzle change, I disassembled the whole hotend and checked the thermal tube for leftovers, checked the PTFE and looks in a good condition.
The problem still occurs as you can see in the images. Maybe it's a faulty extruder motor? Or the mainboard give wrong signals? For an unknown reason the Bed temp reachs 64 degrees when it had to be 55. Any help aprreciated! Thanks! 🙂

Re: Cannot find the reasons of clogging

is the left side fan running consistently? if this fails you can get heat creep which will give problems

can you see if the extruder motor shaft is turning? if this is not turning properly, you may have a broken wire in the cable

regards Joan

Hi Joan,
Thank you for your reply 🙂
I checked the hotend fan and it's working fine. When the clogging starts to occur I can hear clicking and the extruder motor (the gear) doesn't rotate. Like it's clogged nozzle.

Make sure the PTFE tube is well seated and secured in the festo collet.

If the gear is not turning at all, check that the grub screws are set correctly and tight.
Do you have an extruder indicator on the motor?
