Calibrating Z issues

Had my Mk3 since December, ran like a charm, no issues, then 2 days ago everything was a mess.  Tried Calibrating Z and got this....in the video, also XYZ Calibration is not working as well.  Need some help as I am at a loss what to look at to fix this.  Video attached. Thanks.

A problem with the X or Y axis not homing correctly.  Check for cable ties preventing the X from going far left.  Also a full FACTORY RESET with DATA CLEAR has been needed when the xyz cal fails.  Printer sometimes gets a bad code in EEPROM and messes up cal constants. Reset then run the wizard.

Maybe double check the PINDA sensor height too?  After a nozzle change the other day, I did a Z calibration and the nozzle scrapped the bed.  After some checking, I realized that the PINDA had moved higher.  Went back and followed the instructions in the PreFlight check of the installation instructions, and that fixed it.
