Brim not attached to print in Prusa Silcer but OK in CURA

When using Prusa slicer to add a brim to prints, there is a gap between it and the model which causes corners to lift and tall narrow objects (6mm x 11mm) to become detached from the textured bed of the MK3. This didn't use to happen in the past, but it's become more of a problem after recent updates.

Looking at the print in Prusa Slicer after it has been sliced , there is a definite gap showing between the object and brim. If Cura is used to slice the same objects, then there isn't a gap between it and the brim and the print is successful where as they are knocked off the bed if Prusa Slicer is used.

I have already been through and tried bed levelling and the recalibration, clearing the 0.4 nozzle, bondtech gears, adjusting the PINDA etc and tried several PLAs.

It is caused by elephant foot compensation. The gap shouldn't be present on the actual print if your live Z is set right, but you can remove that gap by setting elephant foot compensation to 0. It will be possible to set brim offset separately in PS2.4.0.

Thanks, I'll give it a try and it looks promising.

Cheers
